Moving as one team: a day in nature

Moving trailers is one thing. Moving as one team is another. The EFFIMODAL team stepped away from terminals, trains, emails and meetings to spend a day in nature together.

Hiking, SUP and challenges

We hiked, explored the forest, went SUP boarding and took on a series of challenges where success depended on communication, trust and teamwork — not job titles. One challenge was preparing lunch outdoors with limited equipment. Another was simply getting to know each other better through conversations and games outside the office.

The team behind every shipment

In logistics, we often talk about efficiency, reliability and performance. But behind every successful shipment is a team that knows how to support each other, solve problems under pressure and enjoy the journey together. In intermodal transport — where road, rail, terminals and ferries have to fit together — that coordination starts inside our own office.

We believe investing in our people is just as important as investing in our operations.
