2. Contact form and emails
When you send us a message via the contact form or by email, we process your name, email address, company name (optional) and the content of your message in order to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a transport offer. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). The message is delivered by email to the department you select. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and for the duration of any resulting business relationship, then delete them unless legal retention obligations apply.
3. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4)
With your consent only, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to understand how visitors use the site — for example which pages are viewed and whether the contact form is used. IP addresses are anonymised. Analytics cookies (such as _ga, up to 2 years) are set only after you click “Accept”. Without consent, no analytics cookies are stored. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

4. Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted by Zone Media OÜ (Estonia, EU). To operate and secure the site, the web server automatically logs technical data such as IP address, date and time, requested page and browser type. Legal basis: legitimate interest in a secure and working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept for a limited period by the hosting provider.
5. External content
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and map tiles for the network map from third-party providers; your browser connects to these servers to display the page.
