Send your tender.
We answer within one business day.
Upload your annual freight tender or multi-lane RFQ in any format. We price every lane where rail or sea beats the road — with extra payload, fewer trucks and up to 66% less CO₂.
Why put your lanes on rail and sea
- More payload per load. Combined transport road legs may run at 44 t in the EU, so heavy cargo needs fewer loads. How combined transport works.
- Up to 66% less CO₂ on our lanes, calculated with EcoTransIT World. Check your lane in the CO₂ calculator.
- Cranable trailers on every lane, so your freight is not reloaded between road, rail and sea. About cranable trailers.
Questions about tenders
Which file formats can I upload?
Excel (.xls, .xlsx), CSV, PDF or Word (.doc, .docx), up to 10 MB. If your tender sits on a procurement portal, paste the link in the message instead.
What happens after I send my tender?
You get an automatic confirmation by email straight away. Within one business day (Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00, Riga time) a sales manager confirms the scope, asks any open questions and agrees the date for your prices.
Do you quote lanes outside your network?
We price the lanes where combined transport (road + rail or sea) makes sense for you. For lanes that suit road-only better, we tell you so rather than forcing an intermodal offer.
Can I get CO₂ figures per lane?
Yes. Tick the CO₂ box and we add an all-road versus intermodal CO₂ comparison for each lane we quote, calculated with EcoTransIT World.
Is my tender data kept confidential?
Your file goes only to our sales team by email and is used only to prepare your offer. We do not share tender data with other shippers or publish it.
